Curated by our Tea Sommelier from Tin Lung Heen, the Tea Experience offers an introduction to the fundamentals of tea. Through a guided tasting session of various refined tea types, guests will have the opportunity to discover their tea preferences while immersing themselves in traditional Chinese tea culture and learning tea etiquette.

• Learning how to match different tea with suitable tea wares.
• Understanding the relationship between tea and water ratio, temperature and brewing time.
• Experience how different brewing method on results of the final tea brew.
• Gain basic brewing skills by using ceramic Gaiwan and Chinese teapot.
• Through the guidance of our tea sommelier, participant will experience the joy of tea brewing and practice how to brew tea on your own.
• For tea lovers who have basic understand on tea to learn the basic brewing skills to enjoy their best tea moment at home.
• Duration of each Tea Experience is 1.5 to 2 hours, available on weekdays, from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
• Dim sum pairing will be served after 12pm.
