• Requires 3 day (72 hours) advanced purchase before the requested pick-up/delivery date. All purchased are nonrefundable.
• Items are available for redemption and pick up at Cafe 103 on level 103, between 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
• Each QR code can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed and used on the selected date and time at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. Invalid after expiration.
• Our team will contact you directly for delivery arrangement and collect additional delivery fee if applicable.
• Delivery Service fee apply (per set per address, a surcharge fee applies to appointed delivery time).
• Delivery service not applicable to outlying islands and overseas.
• Photos and images are for reference only and may differ from the actual product.
• In Hong Kong, it is illegal to sell alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years. Similar restrictions apply in other jurisdictions. By placing an order with The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, the Customer confirms and warrants that he or she is at least 18 years old. At the time of your dining experience, we may request proof of age from the person accepting the order.
• The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong Hotel policies apply, in case of disputes, the decision of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong shall be final.
