Our qualified, experienced and specialized instructors will work with you to customize a one to one personal training session to ensure that your wellness targets are met with optimal results. The session will incorporate resistance training, aerobic exercises and stretching programs physical fitness to achieve muscle strengthening, cardio-endurance and staying injury-free.

【Personal Training for 1 Session】
One Hour per session
Original Price: HK$1,200 per person (plus 10% service charge)
Special Price: HK$888 per person (plus 10% service charge)

Redemption within 30 days from the date of purchase, available Monday to Sunday
At least 2 days advance reservation is required nd subject to availability

【Personal Training for 10 Sessions】
One Hour per session
Price for 10 sessions: HK$8,000 per person
Redemption within three months, available Monday to Sunday
