• Cake items require two days advance purchase before the requested pick-up or delivery date.
• All eShop items purchased are nonrefundable, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services. No reissue and no cancellation allowed; cannot be reused, cannot exchange for cash, resold or be used to purchase other items or services.
• The Cake Collection items are available for redemption and pick up at Café 103, located on 103/F of the Hotel, on the chosen date between 12 noon to 6 pm.
• QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
• Each QR code can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed and used on the selected date and time at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. Invalid after expiration.
• A chocolate plaque request on mini cake (per piece) order will be available at a supplement of HKD$30. The payment will be collected upon pick-up.
• Customized greetings is limited to 8 Chinese characters or 40 English characters, including punctuation and spacing. Emoji is not accepted.
• Additional Delivery Service Fee (a surcharge of $150 applies to appointed delivery time on top of the current delivery fee):
  • Kowloon: HK$250 per address;
  • Hong Kong Island: HK$300 per address;
  • New Territories and Southern Hong Kong Island: HK$400 per address.
  • Delivery service not applicable to outlying islands and overseas.
