In our Mango-passion Fruit Mousse Cake, the layers of passion fruit mousse and mango are meld together, creating a delightful interplay of sweet and tangy flavors. The sponge cake adds a light and delicate texture, providing a satisfying contrast to the creamy mousse.
The Cake Collection items are available for redemption and pick up at Cafe 103, located on 103/F of the Hotel, on the chosen date between 12 noon to 6 pm.
QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
Each QR code can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed and used on the selected date and time at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. Invalid after expiration.
A chocolate plaque request on mini cake (per piece) order will be available at a supplement of HKD$30. The payment will be collected upon pick-up.
Our restaurant team will contact you directly for delivery arrangement and collect additional delivery fee if applicable.
