Hotel e-gift voucher must be presented upon redemption
Hotel e-gift vouchers can only be used at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong's rooms, restaurants, or spa only
Hotel e-gift vouchers must be redeemed and used at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong within one year after the issuance date, and no extensions will be allowed
Blackout dates apply, please call hotel for more information
Each hotel e-gift voucher can only be used once, and there will be no refund for the unutilized balance. Unutilized balance cannot be carried forward nor combined
Hotel e-gift voucher is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash
Defaced, altered, expired, and copied e-gift vouchers are invalid, and any claim for loss will not be entertained

Accommodation and restaurant reservations office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday and public holidays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Spa reservations office hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, and Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM. If any reservation is placed outside of office hours, it will be processed on the following day's office hours
