Each dessert is crafted around Valrhona's finest single origin couvertures, from the tangy notes of Hukambi 53% to the intense depth of Guanaja 70%. Savoury creations are also delicately accented with cocoa, paying tribute to chocolate in every detail. A luxurious immersion into the world of Valrhona.
