- One-day advanced reservation required for Spa reservation, invalid after expiration. All purchase are non-refundable.
- Valid for 2 months from the date of purchase, must be redeemed on or before the expiry date, and cannot be extended.
- All Spa reservation are subject to availability, please email The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong at spareception.hk@ritzcarlton.com ; or call +852 2263 2040, Monday to Sunday between 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for treatment reservation.
- Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong, your reservation will be cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late.
- Kindly advise The Ritz Carlton Spa, Hong Kong of any special health condition, pregnancy, allergies or injuries, which could affect your service when making your Spa reservation. Please consult your doctor prior to using the heat and water facilities. The Ritz Carlton Spa, Hong Kong is not responsible for any adverse effect which may arise from any treatment.
