• The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Konge-ticket for Relaxation Massage is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, must be redeemed on or before the expiry date, and cannot be extended. 2 days advanced reservations required, invalid after expiration. All purchased are non-refundable.
• Spa treatment non-peak days are Mondays to Thursdays. Peak days are Friday to Sunday and Public Holiday.
