The Cake Collection Terms & Conditions:
- The Cake Collection items are available for redemption and pick up at Cafe 103, located on 103/F of the Hotel, on the chosen date between 12 noon to 8pm.
- QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
- Each QR code can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed and used on the selected date and time at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. Invalid after expiration.
- Photos and images are for reference only and may differ from the actual product.
- Our Café 103 team will contact you directly for delivery arrangement and collect additional delivery fee if applicable.
- Additional Delivery Service Fee (a surcharge of $150 applies to appointed delivery time on top of the current delivery fee): Kowloon: HK$250 per address; Hong Kong Island: HK$350 per address; New Territories and Southern Hong Kong Island: HK$450 per address. Delivery service not applicable to outlying islands and overseas.
