• The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong e-ticket is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase, must be redeemed on or before the expiry date, and cannot be extended.

• Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong, your reservation will be cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late.
