The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong partners with Parisian perfumery Maison 21G to present "The Ascent of the Soul" Afternoon Tea, where exquisite patisserie creations take center stage in this multisensory dining experience. This unique experience takes guests on a sensory journey where the art of perfumery meets culinary craftsmanship. Inspired by Maison 21G's philosophy that 21 grams represents the weight of the human soul, the afternoon tea transforms the hotel into a modern Tower of Babel, where luxury speaks through scent and flavor.

Each afternoon tea set includes one complimentary "The Ascent of The Soul" gift set featuring four 10ml perfumes (Rose Ritual, Bergamot Blast, Sage Supreme, and Ginger Game), valued at HK$550.
