- Joy and Abundance Mini Egg Custard Mooncake Gift Box and Hampers must be redeemed between August 15, 2022 and September 11, 2022 at the Arrival Lobby on Level 9 between 12 noon to 8 pm. Additional delivery fee apply per address at check-out.
- Additional Delivery Service Fee (a surcharge of $150 applies to appointed delivery time on top of the current delivery fee):
- Kowloon: HK$250 per address;
- Hong Kong Island: HK$350 per address;
- New Territories and Southern Hong Kong Island: HK$450 per address.
- Delivery service not applicable to outlying islands and overseas.
- E-ticket with QR code must be presented upon redemption at the hotel, and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
- Any unredeemed e-tickets will not be valid after the promotion expiration date and cannot be extended.
